By improving self-perception and demystifying the modern workplace, we’re changing lives for the better. We prepare, nurture, and give each program partner the confidence to enter the workforce for long-term employment. Our Job Readiness Program is a 4-week intensive program that is person centered and holistic in its approach. We cover such things as: Vision of Success, Goal Setting and Attainment, Networking, 30 Second Elevator Pitches, Resume Development and Refinement, Behavioral Interview Preparation and Mock Interviewing, Workplace Conduct, Attitude, and Etiquette, Conflict Resolution, LinkedIn profile development, Effective Assertive Communication, and Conflict Resolution. We also address health and wellness topics and financial health and management.
We also provide job placement, barrier removal, and wrap around service referrals.
